Responsibilities

    • We are seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter who thrives in afast-paced environment and truly understands what ownershipmeans in the recruitment lifecycle. This role demands someone whois not only proactive and process-driven but also passionate aboutengaging both active and passive candidates through strategicsourcing. While supported by Talent Sourcer you will be expectedto take initiative and drive hiring efforts forward independentlywhen needed.

    • As part of our growth journey were scaling rapidly - requiringprocess optimisation. Youll play a vital role in shaping thesesystems while managing key relationships with stakeholders acrossthe business. This role also involves acting as a trusted deputy tothe Talent Acquisition Manager for Corporate stepping in whenneeded to ensure business continuity and high-quality hiringoutcomes.
    • Partner closely with hiring managers across global functions tounderstand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
    • Actively source and attract high-calibre candidates includingpassive talent to build strong and diverse pipelines.
    • Identify the most efficient and scalable methods to attract talentwhile continuously improving our sourcing and outreach techniques.
    • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies strategically -engaging only when necessary - while continuously evaluating theireffectiveness and exploring opportunities to reduce dependencythrough stronger in-house capabilities.
    • Drive the definition and execution of structured interview processesand provide training to hiring managers on best practices.
    • Deliver insightful recruitment metrics and analytics to informdecision-making and improve performance.
    • Champion our employer brand and position as anemployer of choice in the global financial services space.
