Our Client Partner a globally renowned pharmaceutical company operating in over 80 countries is expanding their dynamic team in Sri Lanka and is on the lookout for talented individuals to join as Medical Delegates
About the Role
As a Medical Delegate youll be the key link between our client s innovative healthcare solutions and the medical community. Your mission: generate prescriptions build relationships with doctors and chemists and drive sales performance all while delivering real impact in people s lives.
What You ll Do

Promote pharmaceutical brands through strategic science-backed marketing.

Build strong trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and chemists.

Achieve sales targets through data-driven planning and customer insights.

Monitor stock levels and ensure smooth territory operations.
- Enhance in-clinic effectiveness by applying therapy knowledge and persuasive communication.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor moves via territory intelligence.
Who We re Looking For

2 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience (Respiratory Cardio-metabolic or Urology is a plus).

A Degree/Diploma in Marketing or a related qualification.

Strong communication skills confident personality and a drive for results.
- Comfortable with digital tools (smartphones tablets CRMs).
- Fluent in building rapport and delivering customer value.
