Job Description

Our client is looking for a Bilingual SAP Training Manager to support a monumental SAP implementation project in the life sciences industry. Job Role: Align and coordinate on the local training approach and timeline Provide guidance and leadership to local training teams Prepare and deliver weekly status reports and support key project milestones Align with Change Management and User Access teams on timeline and key training communications Coordinate with User Access teams on user provisioning process for go-live Serve as the main point of contact for project managers and task tracking tools; support risk mitigation and manage training-related information Represent the training function during project workshops Consolidate requirements for training systems and data needed for instructor-led training sessions Provide guidance on the use of training systems and data for each instructor-led session Address ad hoc questions and clarifications from functional teams and trainers as needed Requirements: Fluency in both English and Japanese Strong experience in SAP Training 4 years of end to end project experience of SAP implementation project Background in life sciences or regulated industries preferred (Not MUST) Immediate requirement. Candidate Must be in Japan or have valid Japans work visa. Hybrid work model (2 3 days remote). Open to full-time employment. Compensation: 8M JPY annually.
