Job Description
What You ll Do

Design and build dynamic responsive and usercentric web interfaces using Redux and
-
Ensure high performance responsiveness and accessibility (WCAG compliance)
-
Develop reusable components and scalable architectures that align with best practices in frontend development
-
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to turn Figma designs into functional pixelperfect React components
-
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
-
Maintain version control using Git collaborate through GitHub or GitLab
-
Write tests using Jest React Testing Library and Cypress
-
Contribute to the design system and UI library to ensure consistency across all platforms and projects
Requirements
What We re Looking For
-
Strong experience with and its ecosystem (Redux Context API React Router)
-
Expertise in frontend languages: HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript (ES6) and TypeScript
-
Experience with modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS MaterialUI (MUI) and Bootstrap
-
Skilled in using Webpack Vite and other build tools
-
Familiar with RESTful APIs GraphQL and integrating them into the frontend
-
Proficient in FigmatoReact workflows
-
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and optimizing performance for hightraffic applications
-
Strong debugging and problemsolving skills with the ability to work independently
-
A solid understanding of crossbrowser compatibility responsive design and accessibility standards
- Experience supporting or leading ISO 27001 or SOC 2 Type II certification processes - Understanding of infosec controls, policies, and evidence requirements - Ability to work independently and drive to delivery - Chennai-based preferred for ease of collaboration, but open to remote - Flexible availability (part-time is fine it's the outcome that matters)
