Your main duties in flying with us:
- Understand the job needs of the assigned role (job requirements jobdesc etc)
- Practice to update and post the job ads in various sourcing channels
- Practice to do sourcing in various channels (for Intern junior mid level) and approach active & passive candidates
- Support the TAs for sourcing scheduling contacting and liaising with the users
- Understand how to interview and type of questions (behavioral event interview STAR etc)
- Practice to make list of questions & interview candidate (for Intern junior mid level)
- Practice to create the candidate assessment result for Hiring Managers
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Final year student or fresh graduate from any major whos interested with recruitment and human resource management
- Great communication skill
- Excellent English communication skill
- Good in stakeholder management
- Willing to learn
- Able to join immediately
