is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As a fresher-level full-time role this position requires a passion for sales and excellent communication skills to manage direct interaction with potential clients via phone. The candidate will play a vital role in expanding NoBrokers customer base while maximizing sales by closing excellent deals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage and persuade potential clients over the phone (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce NoBrokers services.
- Identify call objectives and design sales strategies to achieve them effectively.
- Address client queries and concerns by providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
- Follow up with prospective leads consistently to convert them into clients.
- Document all call interactions and customer data using the companys CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales techniques and customer experience.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless transaction process for clients.
- Strive to meet daily weekly and monthly sales targets and proactively participate in sales meetings.
