We are seeking an Executive-level Vice Principal for a full-time position at an educational institution in Tirupur Tamil Nadu. The candidate will play a critical role in assisting the Principal in the administration and management of the school. Qualifications & Experience:
- Post-Graduation in any discipline with a . degree (mandatory).
- A minimum of 10 years of teaching and administrative experience in reputed international schools.
- Preference for candidates with international teaching or administrative experience.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal in the daily management and operation of the school supporting educational policies and initiatives.
- Oversee and evaluate the teaching staff to maintain a high standard of instructional quality and adherence to curriculum objectives.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective teaching methods and strategies that improve student learning.
- Monitor student progress and address any academic or disciplinary issues in a timely and constructive manner.
- Lead professional development sessions for staff focusing on instructional improvement and educational best practices.
- Facilitate communication between the school administration students parents and community to build a supportive educational environment.
- Coordinate school events and activities that enhance student learning and community engagement.
- Ensure the school remains up-to-date with industry standards and adopts innovative approaches to education.
