Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore Chennai Hyderabad or Pune. This full-time junior-level position requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales. As a Field Sales Executive you will play a key role in driving our sales strategies and managing customer relationships. Your excellent communication skills are mandatory for this role.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven sales experience within the real estate or related industry capable of creating and implementing sales strategies.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills to effectively manage and nurture client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful negotiations and maximize outcomes.
  • Comprehensive product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Skilled in prospecting to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Ability to close deals efficiently and meet the companys sales objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills (Mandatory skill) to clearly convey concepts and engage with customers.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and targets.
  • Manage customer relationships by providing excellent service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Utilize extensive product knowledge to educate potential buyers about our offerings.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of sales processes and maintain high productivity.
  • Proactively pursue new sales opportunities by prospecting and identifying potential clients.
  • Consistently close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
