Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software developers to design implement and maintain scalable applications using GraphQL and TypeScript.
- Guide the architectural design and technical strategy for software projects ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes and deliver innovative software solutions.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve product offerings.
Skills and Qualifications
Must-Have
- 6-9 years of experience in software development particularly with and .
- Strong understanding of GraphQL and its integration.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript programming.
- Excellent experience in leading technology projects and teams in a hybrid work environment.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools.
