The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales Partner L&D Solutions to lead our enterprise expansion efforts. If you are a consultative sales leader who thrives in high-growth environments understands the nuances of enterprise L&D and Talent Acquisition landscapes and are motivated by creating true client value we invite you to be part of our journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth from enterprise clients.

  • Conduct high-impact C-level engagements to understand organizational skill and talent priorities.

  • Lead solution-oriented sales conversations aligning client needs with our tech learning and assessment offerings.

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation consultative selling proposal management to closure.

  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline with disciplined forecasting and reporting.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing customer success and product teams to deliver a superior client experience.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for upsell cross-sell and long-term account expansion.

  • Represent iamneo at key industry events forums and client workshops.

  • Willingness to travel internationally for key client engagements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10 years of proven success in enterprise B2B sales preferably in EdTech SaaS or L&D solutions space.

  • Strong track record of selling to L&D Heads Talent Acquisition Heads and CHROs.

  • Expertise in SaaS business models and subscription-based solution selling.

  • Highly skilled in conducting virtual demos and executive-level business discussions.

  • Exceptional relationship-building negotiation and closing skills.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot.

  • Self-starter attitude with strong ownership accountability and drive.

  • Master s degree in Business Sales Marketing or relevant experience.
