Job Description
Job Summary:
The UX Researcher focuses on understanding the end-users motivations and behavior through research to guide product design and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ethnographic studies surveys A/B testing and heuristic evaluations.
- Translate research findings into product improvements.
- Collaborate with designers developers and product owners.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage research documentation and knowledge bases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters in HCI Cognitive Science or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a UX research role.
- Strong command of mixed-method research approaches.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
