You will be involved in decorating a variety of cupcakes for different occasions contributing to the overall success of our bakery. Responsibilities:
- Decorate cupcakes using various techniques such as piping fondant and edible decorations.
- Follow specific design guidelines and customer requests to create customized cupcakes.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of cupcake decorations.
- Collaborate with the baking team to coordinate cupcake designs with flavors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including tools and equipment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in cupcake decoration and baking techniques.
- Assist in packaging and presenting cupcakes for display and sale.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Passion for baking and creative design.
- Attention to detail and ability to execute intricate designs.
- Basic knowledge of different icing types and decorating tools.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
