Job Description
Salary:27000 - 30000 per annum depending on experience
Contracted hours:42.5 hours per week (08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday)
DWP Housing Partnership is a well-established property management business in Bournemouth looking for Painter and Decorator to join our busy Maintenance Re-Let team
The successful candidate must have minimum 3 years experience and be competent at achieving a high standard of finish and the ability to carry out duties with minimal supervision.
Qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience in working in occupied residential properties
- A City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting and decorating (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a maintenance team
- Minimum 3 years experience
This position is subject to references and a basic level DBS check.
A vehicle may be provided so a full driving licence is required along with your tools (option to purchase tools via Company Tool Club Scheme).
