Description
A leading Food Manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Quality Manager - Meat Production with strong experience in food safety management preferably in abattoir operations meat processing or related food production to join their team in Heidelberg Gauteng. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute Quality Manager to drive quality control and assurance by identifying potential risks conducting audits and implementing application-specific solutions and ensuring compliance. If you have experience in food safety and a proactive mindset we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential risks to product quality and safety.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with standards.
- Implementing solutions to quality-related issues.
- Ensuring all processes meet regulatory requirements and internal company policies.
- Driving quality control and assurance initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in food safety management.
- Background in abattoir operations meat processing or food production.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to drive growth and ensure compliance.
- Strong skills in quality control and assurance.
