Pace Car Rental is a leading provider of rental vehicles serving customers across South Africa. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and maintaining a diverse fleet of vehicles to meet the needs of our clients.
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our finance team as an Accounts Payables successful candidate will be responsible for managing our accounts payable processes with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and process payments to suppliers.
- Maintain vendor files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least twoyears of experience in a similar role preferably in the automotive or rental industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
