You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailClerk II in the Department of Clinical Oncology School of Clinical Medicine(Ref.: 532680) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess i) 5 passes in HKCEE including English (minimum Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007) Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics or minimum Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language Chinese Language and Mathematics with at least 5 years relevant work experience OR ii) a recognized degree or diploma with at least 2 years work experience is preferred. Applicants should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good communication organizational and problem-solving skills; an appropriate level of IT proficiency; and the ability to multitask. They should also be self-motivated attentive to details and a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ethics.
The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support to the Department including finance human resources programme-related administration office administration events; handle phone enquiries; and perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
