Job Description

- Design implement and optimize sensing algorithms- Prototype and evaluate novel techniques to improve sensing accuracy and functionality - Ensure algorithms meet performance accuracy and latency requirements for embedded systems- Develop metrics and KPIs to track algorithm performance - Technical leadership of small teams and mentoring junior team members


  • 8 years of relevant work experience with M.S. in EE CE CS or equivalent
  • Proficient in Python/MATLAB for data analysis visualization of complex datasets
  • Experience with algorithm design for classification noise modeling/filtering signal processing statistical analysis and machine learning
  • Experience with sensor interfacing signal conditioning and signal-to-noise analysis
  • Prior experience with end-to-end development taking a feature from concept to shipping it
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams/projects and driving projects of varying sizes and scopes
  • Availability to travel domestically and internationally for development and on-site manufacturing support is also expected.


  • - Proven technical leadership skills with ability to generate and deliver creative problem solutions
  • - Good teammate with great communication and leadership skills & ability to lead high-level discussions on technology strategy and approach
