The Role: Site Manager
As our SiteManager youll run the show at our customer distribution center managing daily operations drivers and supervisors to keep freight moving safely and efficiently.
What Youll Do:
Lead & develop a team of drivers supervisors and support staff
Oversee daily yard operations scheduling and safety compliance
Partner with customer transportation teams on planning & execution
Monitor equipment safety and compliance (DOT/FMCSA)
Handle driver hiring onboarding and performance management
Drive efficiency improvements and keep operations on track
What Were Looking For:
CDL A license and hands-on transportation/yard management experience
Strong leadership & communication skills
Proven ability to manage teams and improve efficiency
Comfortable making decisions under pressure
Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office yard management systems)
