Job Description

Role: Project Manager

Location: Princeton NJ (Hybrid)

Type: Contract

Required Skills:

Strong Knowledge of Azure DevOps
SuccessFactors product knowledge: Understanding of the various modules within SuccessFactors (e.g. Employee Central EC Payroll) and their functionality.
Integration expertise: Knowledge of how SuccessFactors integrates with other HRIS or existing company systems (including understanding of the SAP ecosystem).
Data migration and quality: Understanding of data migration strategies data cleansing processes and the importance of accurate data for successful implementation.
