About the role
Were on the lookout for a dynamic Commercial Real Estate Administrative & MarketingCoordinator (internally called Client Services Coordinator) who thrives on providing top-notch support to brokers and clients alike.
As a Client Services Coordinator youre at the forefront of the action delivering exceptional support to an assigned broker team. From project management to marketing support youre the go-to guru for all things Commercial real estate. You have a passion for proposal creation and presentation. Youre ready to tackle any client-facing challenge or transaction administration task that comes your way. Join our team and lets make real estate magic together!
In this role you will:
Process executed lease/amendment paperwork create vouchers collect pertinent documentation sending tenant/property eblasts create market surveys print tour books schedule tenant tours etc.
Bring experience in creating/ formatting proposals presentations correspondence RFPs using MS Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Support a team of commercial real estate brokers through preparing/updating sales reports database management creating marketing reports preparing content for pitches/ presentations and more.
Execute on marketing collateral and bring a knowledge of marketing campaigns and innovative solutions to your clients.
Create/ prepare content for proposals through conducting research preparing surveys comparative analysis lease documents etc.
What you bring:
1-3 years of marketing/administrative support experience
Preference for experience within real estate sector.
Strong experience with Adobe InDesign Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word Excel PowerPoint.
Bachelors degree is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure deal with multiple deadlines effectively handles stressful situations and work with minimal direction/supervision.
