Familiarity with UX metrics and behavioral analysis to support design decision-making
Experience in navigating through complex organizational structures and influencing business partners and stakeholders in decision making
Advanced degree (MS or MBA preferred) in a quantitative field such as Statistics Design Data Science Machine Learning Operations Research Engineering Computer Science Mathematics Physics Bioinformatics Economics Psychology or a similar quantitative field.
