Join our team as a GEM Process Compliance Excellence Specialist!
Are you passionate about driving process excellence and ensuring top-tier compliance across global operations Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team and make a real impact! As a GEM Process Compliance Excellence Specialist you will play a critical role in ensuring our global processes meet the highest standards.
What Youll Do:
- Verifying that processes are properly documented controlled and stored.
- Ensuring that all process documentationprocedures templates work instructions and recordsis current and accurate.
- Supporting and challenging GTX global functional process owners and manufacturing plants to define and integrate compliance and adherence metrics into scorecards and Management Operating Systems (MOS).
- Assisting process owners in setting effective KPIs aligned with key control points.
- Supporting the development of Value Stream Maps where applicable.
- Promoting a strong compliance culture by working closely with global functions and manufacturing sites to encourage and sustain best practices.
- Conducting audits to ensure alignment with internal and external standards including scorecard verification.
- Designing and managing audit programs documenting findings and ensuring timely resolution of identified gaps.
- Collaborating with process owners to review assessments and enhance standards for capability development.
What We Need:
- Experience:A minimum of 2 years experience in the specific process is going to support. A minimum of 3 years within an Automotive environment.
- Education:Degree or Equivalent in specific domain/ discipline is aimed to be supported/audited
- Available for travelling: 20%
- Language Skills:Advanced English proficiency.
