This role offers the opportunity to deliver the marketing strategy for a key part of the TENA portfolio identifying market customer and consumer opportunities that drive growth and innovation. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager youll take the lead on execution for theTENA Menbrand. This is a pivotal role focused on driving brand growth consumer engagement and product development within the male incontinence category.
Youll help shape the direction of the brand managing communications promotions and innovation projects. Collaboration is key youll work closely with cross-functional teams across the UK and Europe including product development creative and retail acting as a key advocate for the brand.
Your expertise and passion for the TENA Men portfolio will support our continued growth. Youll also guide the development and delivery of training programmes and educational materials working alongside external partners to promote TENA products and services.
Were looking for candidates with proven experience in FMCG marketing ideally having managed brands within a commercial FMCG environment. Youll have successfully led projects from concept through to market and built strong collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams. If this sounds like you wed love to hear from you.
