Job Summary:
The Strategic Engagement and Initiatives (SEI) Director provides core operational and relationship management support which include developing managing and helping to implement critical processes systems and structures that help achieve team goals. The SEI Director is responsible for project coordination and will ensure strong project management and the efficient and effective use of CFP resources. This position will keep team efforts aligned and on track to achieve project-specific goals as well as support broader efforts within SEI and achievement of Caseys organizational objectives. It will support the team in conceiving developing and managing a national portfolio of complex projects partnerships relationships and initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities:
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SUPPORT PROJECT COORDINATION ADMINISTRATION & OVERSIGHT: Advances project coordination and management of all phases of assigned work efforts including relationship management with internal and external colleagues partners and vendors. Facilitate regularly scheduled project status check-ins with team leadership utilizing project management techniques to make adjustments mid-course corrections and adaptions to work efforts and approaches to achieve desired outcomes.
INFORMATION DEVELOPMENT ANALYSIS & SHARING: Conduct multiple research and analysis projects related to the compilation of data and information related to a) specific issues or topics related to strategic initiatives being developed and b) philanthropic entities and investments nationally and in specific jurisdictions.
BUDGET PLANNING AND CONTRACTING: Helps other team members to develop the annual budget and receive timely invoices. Collaborates on and supports the development/management of contracts sponsorship partnership and collaboration agreements in consultation with team leadership. This includes monitoring progress reports expenditures and payment schedules.
LOGISTIC & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: Supports the team calendar event logistics and travel schedule. Works closely with the work unit leadership team and other internal and external parties to ensure a well-coordinated schedule. Develops and maintains work unit administrative processes ensuring alignment with Casey policies and work unit goals. Serves as the subject matter expert on administrative issues -- provides coaching and guidance to other administrative staff as needed.
EVENT MANAGEMENT: Host manage and facilitate small and large internal and external webinars events and meetings for the team and in partnership with other organizations and CFP work units. This includes the technical aspect of setting up the session; managing registrations and related reporting survey and polling development; preparing presenters and coaching support staff; managing legal consent/recording requirements and other permissions or media consents; gathering internal and external documents; managing resource-sharing sites; and summarizing key notes chat discussions and themes.
CROSS-TEAM WORK: Offer multi-faceted support for strategic priority projects led or co-led by other units and other support duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
The typical hiring range for this position Seattle WA is $121550 to $143000. The full salary range for the role is $121550 to $164450.
