Fort Wayne area
Monday - Friday with Friday having flexibility to be weekend optional cleans
5 :30 pm - 9:00 range for initial start time
2-3 accounts close to each other. per evening ( same accounts each night )
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting vacuuming and mopping floors.
- Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Empty trash and recycling bins ensuring proper disposal methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including lobbies and break rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols for various facilities.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed such as carpet cleaning and window washing.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve high standards of cleanliness.
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license are required.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must pass background checks and adhere to company policies.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
