Do you have a passion for identifying and supporting unpaid Carers
n-compass are looking to recruit Carers Engagement Project Coordinator working across Bury or Oldham with occasional flexibility to work across all Oldham Bury and Rochdale (30 up to 37 hourpositions available).Youwill benefit from joining a busy and dynamic team in a truly hybrid working environment. Weve secured funding for this project to be completed by January 2026. The project aim is to increase the identification and support of all-age carers in healthcare settings with a focus on hospital discharge. Therefore this position will primarily work within the hospital and other healthcare settings and with community and mental health teams. Overall creating a cultural shift which will lead to a reduced reliance on the healthcare services.

About you
We are looking for people who are passionate about supporting unpaid Carers to reduce the impacts of their caring role by providing professional and quality support. We are looking for people with; the ability to listen and communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals; experience of sensitively discussing and gathering information from people who want to access support; and the ability to provide individualised 1-1 support to adults. Most importantly we are looking for people who are highly motivated hardworking flexible and who really want to make a difference.
