As a Hotel Receptionist Team Member youll be the face of the hotel delivering exceptional service from the moment guests arrive until the moment they leave.

What Youll Do
Youll be part of the front office team delivering a smooth professional and welcoming reception experience for all guests.

You will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests to the hotel and ensuring the guest experience is exceptional.

  • Providing an efficient and professional guest service when greeting guests and dealing with requests.

  • Managing check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and warmth.

  • Presenting a professional image at all times in line with our high standards.

  • Promoting all hotel products and services to guests in a friendly and engaging manner.

  • Compiling and processing guest bills and ensuring timely payments.

  • Handling guest queries or concerns and escalating when needed.

  • Staying knowledgeable about the hotel facilities local area and current offers.

What Were Looking For
Were looking for friendly reliable team members who are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a guest-facing role.

Youll have:

  • A warm and welcoming personality with strong communication skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.

  • A calm professional approach and a desire to exceed guest expectations.

  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts including mornings evenings weekends and holidays.

  • Previous hotel reception or customer service experience is helpful but full training will be given.
