DescriptionThe Process Analytics Engineer will utilize extensive expertise in process engineering and cutting-edge digital technologies to drive operational excellence and transformation across the organization. This role is focused on optimizing processes integrating advanced data-driven technologies and leading digital transformation efforts to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve productivity. The successful candidate will employ innovative approaches to analyze redesign and automate processes enabling smarter decision-making and greater organizational agility.

ResponsibilitiesProcess Optimization and Innovation
- Lead the identification and implementation of process improvement strategies utilizing advanced engineering principles and digital tools to drive efficiency and quality.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies bottlenecks and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign business processes incorporating automation and digital solutions.
Digital Transformation Leadership
- Champion the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies including IoT AI and machine learning into business processes to streamline operations and enhance performance.
- Partner with IT teams to design and implement data management systems ensuring effective data storage accessibility and integration.
- Lead the digitalization of workflows within Process Engineering enhancing process automation and real-time monitoring to enable predictive analytics and proactive decision-making.
Advanced Data Analytics and Automation
- Apply advanced analytics techniques to process data developing algorithms and automated tools that enhance speed accuracy and decision-making.
- Develop and deploy dashboards reports and visualization tools that provide real-time insights into process performance driving continuous improvement.
- Implement Predictive Models to Forecast Process Outcomes and Proactively Address Issues.
Strategic Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads to align process innovation and digital transformation objectives with the organizations overall business strategies.
- Effectively communicate complex process and technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders ensuring alignment and fostering buy-in.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and digital transformation teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Project Leadership and Management
- Lead and oversee high-impact cross-functional projects focused on process optimization automation and digital transformation.
- Manage project timelines resources and deliverables ensuring timely and budgetary adherence to project objectives.
- Monitor ongoing project performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve project success.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g. OPT CPT H1B EB-1etc.)
- Must have Bachelors degree or higher in engineering
- Must have (5) five years experience in process engineering and/or digital transformation
- Must have in-depth knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma Kaizen) and modern digital tools (IoT AI automation)
- Must have proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives particularly in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Must have strong project management skills with experience managing large-scale cross-functional projects.
- Must have expertise in advanced analytics platforms (Python SQL Tableau Power BI) for process analysis and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have at least Bachelors degree or higher in Chemical Mechanical Industrial Electrical Engineering Computer Science or Data Science
- Have concurrently leads multiple significant project design and execution; significant project defined as value of $250k or greater.
- Have Knowledge of chemical batch manufacturing processes
- Have Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt Black Belt etc.)
- Have been Certified with Continuous Improvement tools; 6 Sigma Lean and Root Cause Analysis
- Have manufacturing environment experience
- Have working experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS Azure Google Cloud) and data integration platforms
- Have experience with tracking record of leading transformative digital projects in a global or multi-site organization
- Have strong expertise in machine learning predictive modeling and automation technologies
