Position Type:Full-Time Client Direct Hire
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians providing guidance training and performance feedback.
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules ensuring that preventative predictive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with production engineering and quality teams to provide equipment maintenance tasks that align with production schedules and business priorities.
- Willingness to work hands on assisting team to recover equipment downs as required.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues utilizing your strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Requirements:- Minimum of an associates degree bachelors degree preferred.
- At least 10 years experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance and at least 5 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Equipment experiences with semiconductor wafer fab equipment including metrology and supporting equipment (e.g. Tencor CV ADE Biorad).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and implementing corrective actions.
