MPS has been caring for residents homes for over 25 years. As part of the Mears Group we offer partnership solutions and expertise in estate management and property maintenance.
Delivering a range of property services including reactive repairs planned and cyclical maintenance services to over 100 local authorities and housing providers nationwide including Orbit: one of the largest housing providers in the midlands east Anglia and the southeast.
We are now looking for an experienced Glazer / UPVC Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team to work within a busy repairs environment undertaking high standard Glazing repairs and refurbishment activities to Housing properties delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety quality and cost control standards.
About the Role
As a Glazier you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing windows to ensure the safety security and comfort of tenants. Skilled in installing and replacing glass in residential properties often working on double-glazing units safety glass and energy-efficient fittings.
You will be knowledgeable about building regulations and health and safety requirements specific to social housing as well as courteous and professional when engaging with residents ensuring minimal disruption during repairs or installations.
Role Criteria:
