Ravenswood School for Girls is a Uniting Church Prep to Year 12 day and boarding school for girls located on Sydneys North Shore. Ravenswood offers both the HSC and the IB Diploma Programme as well as the PYP in the Junior School. We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as Assistant Director of Sport. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a vibrant and inclusive sports program within a leading independent school.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the schools sports activities including the coordination of all school sporting carnivals the representative sport pathway and the effective use of our sporting facilities. You will work closely with the Director of Sport to support the implementation of the strategic vision for Ravenswood Sport and assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Sport department.
To be successful in this role you will bring demonstrated leadership experience in a sports or education setting along with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to engage and motivate students staff and external stakeholders. Relevant qualifications in sports management education or a related field will be highly regarded. A sound understanding of risk management in sport and a commitment to upholding the values of an independent Uniting Church school are essential.
