The role helps support the realisation of the Facultys mission through proactively supporting the course lifecycle. This role sits within the (FBL) Faculty Services Academic Services group which is formed by three sub-teams that provide high-level administrative support on varying functions related to course and curriculum matters within the Faculty of Business and Law. This role sits within the Course Support team. The role supports both the Deakin Business School (DBS) and Deakin Law School (DLS).
The position is a key liaison point for Course Directors and course/unit teams acting as a key intermediary in actioning and progressing course and course portfolio improvements including introductions and withdrawals in curriculum. This requires taking a holistic view to our portfolio of course offerings and active engagement in the processes attached to course review. The role may also support course data analysis evaluation and reporting and provide liaison and support for external professional body course accreditation and re-accreditation.
