Step into a pivotal role within our Bilateral Deal Setup & Funding Team where precision meets innovation. As part of a high-volume production-based operation youll be at the forefront of booking and funding commercial loan products. Job Summary

As a Quality Control Manager I within the Bilateral Deal Setup & Funding Team you will lead a team of specialists ensuring the accuracy of loan system updates. You will oversee quality control processes ensuring compliance with organizational policies and guidelines. Your role will involve mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative functions for quality including approvals and booking package reviews.
  • Embrace organizational policies and globalization efforts.
  • Establish risk and control processes to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to meet SLAs and quality metrics.
  • Partner with Deal Setup Managers for quality improvement.
  • Participate in internal audits and risk control initiatives.
  • Set performance standards and monitor team performance.
  • Manage team development talent management and succession planning.
  • Provide mentoring and training to team members.
  • Assist in creating and implementing departmental procedures.
  • Lead continuous improvement activities and conduct performance reviews

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

  • Complete periodic High Value Business Entitlements background checks.
  • Adapt to multiple loan systems and ancillary applications.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of commercial loan documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Adapt to internal tracking and monitoring systems.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
