Job Role:Supported Housing Worker
Salary: 25235 per year
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract type: Permanent

About the Role:
As a Supported Housing Worker within the Connect Wiltshire service youll provide person-centred high-quality support and housing management to single homeless clients with low to medium support needs living in designated properties. Your focus will be on helping individuals progress towards greater independence ensuring sustainable move-on within defined timescales.
Connect Wiltshire is a multi-agency partnership led by Turning Point and commissioned by Public this role youll play a pivotal part in delivering the supported accommodation element of the service. Youll work closely with partner agencies to support clients with complex needs many of whom are in early recovery or abstaining from drugs and alcohol.
