Casual Hourly Rate:Casual HEW 3 ($44.04 per hour 11% superannuation)
Employment Type: Casual
Location: Geelong Waterfront Campus
About the Role:
The Casual Chef supports the day-to-day operations of the Waterfront kitchen. You must be quick-thinking and agile with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment utilizing your strong verbal communication skills. Additionally you should have the ability to work in a small team environment producing high-quality food while maintaining an eye for detail.
To Be Successful youll have:
- Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience
- Must possess reliability self-motivation organizational skills and excel as a team player
- Demonstrates a positive attitude
- The role requires the incumbent to apply and maintain a Working With Children Check
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Organise manage and independently operate your assigned section
- Assist with order placement overall cleaning and general preparation tasks
- Adhere to health and hygiene standards
- Assist in fostering and nurturing a culture of professionalism and pride in the workplace
