We are seeking casual Grade 1 or 2 Occupational Therapists who are keen to apply their skills and knowledge in our acute or rehabilitation settings at our Werribee campus. ABOUT YOU:
As an outstanding Occupational Therapist experience that will make you a great fit for us your skills will include:

  • Rehabilitation and/or acute hospital experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Sound assessment and therapy provision skills
  • Equipment prescription
  • Ability to work within a fast paced multidisciplinary team
  • Great time management


REMUNERATION:
Occupational Therapy Grade & Year level will be determined by your experience and roles to date and will be aligned with SVPH Allied Health EBA. Salary packaging is available superannuation is based on experience level and relevant qualifications.

ROLE IMPACT

A Grade 1 Occupational Therapist at SVPHM will have the clinical knowledge and undergraduate experience to enable them to provide evidence based effective patient care with the support and supervision of the senior physiotherapy team. They will demonstrate a desire and willingness to develop their knowledge base and clinical skills aspiring towards excellence in patient care.

A Grade 1 Occupational Therapist will be expected to work collaboratively with other members of the multidisciplinary team. They may be responsible for the supervision of an Allied Health Assistant.
