Job Description
- 7 years Technical Product Management Technical Program Management and/or Engineering Management
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering complex large-scale multi-tenant systems including cloud-native architectures distributed systems and highly available platforms.
- Deep understanding of scalability reliability and performance optimization for critical services.
- Track record of developing and delivering multi-year experience and capability roadmaps with complex interdependencies
- BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree or 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency with new technologies like AI Deep Learning and their practical applications in digital commerce
- Familiarity with 3rd Party e-commerce marketplace integrations and the underlying platform and API architecture required to support them
- Experience working with publishing merchandising and other key e-commerce systems with a focus on ensuring scalability automation and seamless integration to the larger platform
- Experience working with globally distributed teams in a multi-lingual/cultural environment
- Ability to challenge conventions and debate solutions to identify the best possible outcome for customers
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
