Job Description
Position Title
Officer / Executive Cabin Safety
Key responsibilities
To ensure that all Akasa Airs Cabin Crew Licensesdocumentation and qualifications satisfy the regulatory andlicensing requirements specified by the DGCA and effectivelysupport the companys operational and training objectives.
Shall be responsible for Database Updation of all Cabin Crew licenses records of training qualifications and Trainerqualifications and upgrades and running and monitoring of expiryreports.
Maintain individual personnel files and training records of allpilots/cabin crew and store all relevant licensing records inaccordance with all the regulatory requirements.
Monitoring and verifying the accuracy of medical records of cabincrew.
Any other duties that may be assigned by Senior Manager-Training and/or Dy. General Manager- Flight Operations.
Desired Qualification / certifications
Fresher is acceptable however previous/current Licensing executive in an Indian registered airline is an added advantage.
Knowledge of DGCA requirements pertaining to Cabin Crew Training.
Skills and knowledge
Possess knowledge about Regulations/CARs/Company policies and Standards
Strong work ethics Motivated and fast learning capabilities
Good Interpersonal Skills
Flexibility & Adaptability
Proficient in MS Word PowerPoint and Excel
