AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE GREETER
Description of the Role
The Automotive Service Greeter at Bill Alexander Toyota in Yuma Arizona plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining efficient operations in the service department. The Greeter is the first person that the customer will see when coming into the service drive.
Responsibilities
- Greeting the customer with a smile when they arrive and motioning them where you want them to park
- Finding out who the advisor assigned to them and introducing the customer to the advisor
- Installing floor mats and seat covers on the vehicle
- Locating the vehicle to the proper location based on cone designation.
- Help the customers coordinate a shuttle ride if necessary
- Lead the customer to the waiting lounge showing them the i amenitieswe offer
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
