- General cleaning and upkeep of offices hallways and common areas
- Vacuuming sweeping and mopping floors
- Emptying trash and recycling bins
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms showers and locker areas
- Cleaning kitchen and breakroom areas including appliances and counters
- Window washing and glass cleaning (interior & exterior as needed)
- Power washing building exterior and walkways
- Dusting surfaces blinds and vents
- Maintaining and sanitizing gym room and fitness equipment
- Monitoring and restocking cleaning and bathroom supplies
- Light maintenance tasks as needed
- Supporting clerical/front desk duties when workload is light (answering phones greeting visitors filing etc.)
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending standing and carrying supplies
- Comfortable working independently and managing tasks efficiently
- Positive team-oriented attitude
