A DAY IN THE LIFE
Reporting to the VP Corporate Controller this role is expected to:

YOUR EXPERTISE AND SKILLS
To perform this job successfully individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; with a CPA license
Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate income tax compliance income tax provisions and strategy
Preferably a mix of experience in a top-ten public accounting firm and a large ($500M) publicly traded company with global operations.
Hands-on experience with income tax provisions income tax returns quarterly estimate computations state apportionment; with familiarity around M&A tax diligence IRC 338(h)(10) analysis and international tax implications with transfer pricing
Technical US GAAP knowledge with a deep understanding of ASC 740 and corporate taxation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Hands-on and results focused.
Ability to deliver thoughtful accurate and timely work products
Navigate a dynamic fast-paced rapidly growing environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel Power Point Word)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
