SME for GSF team is responsible for Product/Tech for GSF business used for operations and planning across spokes hubs and last mile. SME traces ownership across stages of 1. Ideation (OP) 2. Design 4. Testing 5. Deployment 6. Adoption 7. Post deployment support. Responsibiliies include ownership in driving tech/product for mass adoption programatically with strategic handshakes with TPM PMs and Operations.
Key job responsibilities
- Working on tech entitlement with idea owner submission to tech/product teams along with OP budgeting.
- New and existing Product and tech design backwards to operations feasibility
- Creating roadmap of Product development and milestones for pilot and roll out.
- User Acceptance test cases formation execution and final results and MCM approval for network changes.
- All trouble shooting related to 1. tech in trial and pilot sites and 2. Issues raised via TT mechanism for deployed tech/product.
- Tech SoP set up and Sign Off and sharing Process Flow expectation with all stakeholders
- Sharing ground feedback to Tech/product teams for intervention/enhancement.
- Creation of On-ground execution SoP handshake mechanisms with stakeholders and socializing SoP with BB amazon in K-Caf
- Operation Readiness building suffiency (Supplies Manpower etc.) adoption and adherence on ground and feedback
- Analytics output to measure ground deployment and efficiency and tracking success metrics of roll outs.
- Tech contingencies with global/glocal/local teams exceptional handling RCA/CoE
- Process/mechanism changes due to post deployment feedback/Tech RCA
- Documentation and archiving of all tech related communication.
- Office hours for tech/product support/KT/queries.
- New node Launch support for UAT
- 2 years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
