Job Responsibilities:
- Provide primary inpatient call coverage including 24-hour weekday and weekend shifts.
- Manage adult patient cases ensuring comprehensive neurological assessments and treatments.
- Utilize EEG (electroencephalogram) procedures when necessary to support diagnostic needs.
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers during locum coverage ensuring collaboration and quality patient care.
- Maintain thorough documentation and communicate effectively with medical staff and patients.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Neurology - REQUIRED
- Experience in an inpatient setting with adult patients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Active Colorado Medical License or IMLC - REQUIRED
