About your new career:
This position will work with the Community Director and staff to provide a variety of services to current and potential residents at this busy beautiful this role you will coordinate and administer the application and move-in paperwork process accurately and within company standards thereby maintaining a quality leasing experience for new residents.
Some of your duties and responsibilities will also include:
- Processing all resident files
- Confirming apartment move-ins
- Scheduling appointments for final move-in paperwork
- Administering move-in packets coordinate keys/remotes and other duties related to new residents.
- You will also be ready for SALES leasing our upscale apartments with our award-winning teams.
This position will require exceptional customer service and solid administrative skills. Previous knowledge of MS Word Outlook and Excel is required.
Salary and Benefits:
- Your Pay:In addition to a competitive hourly salary of $23.50/hour you will have the potential to earn sales commissions and will qualify for annual bonus and pay raise eligibility every year!

PLEASE NOTE: The hours for this position are 9am-6pm and the days off are Wednesday & Thursday.
