This is one of the most exciting roles currently available to work on a global portfolio of brands. As a strategist joining the Hearts & Science EMEA team you will have the opportunity to transform our strategy offering as our clients move to put customer experiences at the heart of their business. Bringing an understanding of customer journey mapping you will act as a bridge between the strategy performance and planning teams creating inspiring strategies that translate into impact.
Hearts & Science EMEA is the London hub of the OMGs fastest growing media network. With high growth brands like Jaguar Land Rover and Versuni we act as agents of change for ambitious clients. Our Strategy Team is a critical part of that effort with a huge role to play in the future of the agency.
Working under the guidance of our Head of Behaviour & Insight and in close collaboration with senior client leadership youll help our clients transform their approach to social media and their overall communications strategy shaping long-term priorities and driving bigger better and more effective work.

Flexible Working
At Omnicom Media Group we are committed to supporting flexibility for our peoplewhile fostering collaboration innovation and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office two working remotely) to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 17:30 but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day whether thats in the office or working remotely. For example you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
