Male Senior Support Worker
Location: Kingsholm Gloucester (GL1)
Shift pattern: Full time
Pay rate: 13.40 per hour

About the Role
Youmusthave a clean full UK driving licence and your own vehicle due to the people we supports needs. You will be providing 1:1 support to a gentleman in his early 30s with complex care needs. He enjoys light-hearted conversation and values a good sense of humour in his support team. He is physically mobile and enjoys being involved in daily activities both at home and in the community.
What we are looking for in the Senior Support Worker:
You will play a critical role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults with complex needs. You will be the go-to experience and senior member of the team of support staff ensuring that best practices and organisational processes are followed. You will be responsible for providing person-centred care that promotes independence dignity and choice for the individuals we support
