Lettings Negotiator - Cheltenham - up to 27k basic plus commission
My client is a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have built a successful business in the Cheltenham and Gloucester area. A modern and proactive brand who believe in providing their staff with a great work environment great commission package and on-going career progression. Due to increased business within their Lettings department they are now looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their branch in Cheltenham.
Lettings Negotiator Main Duties:
- Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments
- Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
- Booking and attending viewings
- Carrying out regular Landlord updates
- Negotiating offers
- Processing applications
- Dealing with customer enquiries
Key Skills required:
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Results driven
- Team player
- Full clean driving licence and car
- Excellent communication skills
- Natural sales ability
- Self-motivated and organised
- Desire to succeed
