They are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator ideally with some Valuation experience for their branch in Bedworth.
As an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Carrying out valuations
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospect clients
- Progressing sales through to completion
The successful Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator will have the following skill set:
- Previous experience working as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Full UK licence and car
