What Youll Do:
Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors takes pride in creating clean beautiful spaces and wants to grow in property maintenance As our Landscaper & Light Maintenance Technician youll be an essential part of keeping our apartment communities safe welcoming and well-maintained year-round.
Maintain and enhance landscaping across multiple apartment communities
Mow lawns trim shrubs remove debris and care for seasonal plantings
Perform snow/ice removal and storm clean-up as needed
Assist with light maintenance tasks like changing filters bulbs and batteries
Support unit turnovers with basic touch-up work and grounds cleanup
Respond to property issues and maintenance calls including after-hours
Learn foundational maintenance skills through on-the-job training
What Were Looking For:
2 years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience (preferred not required)
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
Interest in learning light property maintenance
Positive attitude and pride in keeping properties looking their best
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate landscaping equipment safely
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (truck or van preferred)
Must be dependable communicative and safety-minded
