Description

This position will focus on building secure scalable and user-friendly solutions that improve how users applications and services securely access Oracles global cloud platform. The role requires ownership of product strategy roadmap definition and cross-functional delivery for core identity capabilities such as authentication authorization access governance and security monitoring. You will collaborate with engineering UX compliance and customer-facing teams to deliver security services that form the foundation of OCIs platform.

This opportunity is available in Nashville TN and required onsite collaboration

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for OCI Identity & Security platform services.
  • Partner with Engineering Security Legal UX and Compliance teams to design and deliver secure scalable features.
  • Engage with strategic customers to gather feedback influence product direction and ensure solutions meet enterprise-scale needs.
  • Drive and lead large cross-functional programs from concept through delivery ensuring alignment across internal teams and customer priorities.
  • Drive adoption and rollout of identity and security capabilities across Oracle internal and external applications.
  • Lead secure-by-default initiatives to raise the baseline security posture of OCI.
  • Author detailed product documentation including PRDs user flows and decision memos.
  • Define scope priorities and tradeoffs to guide engineering teams toward successful delivery.
  • Represent product direction to senior executives stakeholders and customers.


Responsibilities

As a member of the product development division you will specify design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency testability and portability across products in general.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115400 to $251600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus equity and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
